The York County Regional Chamber respectfully requests that Council reconsider the amended Fee-in-Lieu of Taxes (FILOT) agreement and return to the originally negotiated tax revenue distribution, under which York County, the City of Rock Hill, and the Rock Hill School District would each participate equally through a 50 percent reduction in property tax revenues associated with the incentive.
